One thing I noticed about the hotel is vast craving for paintings. You can literally see paintings every you go. The room I was lodged into was naturally cold, so no need to put on the AC really. My room big window had this calm natural habitat view but was constantly disturbed by the knocking of birds. They don’t have varieties of food menu and it is quite pricey to an extent. I mean 8k for rice and beef stew????? I will pass please. Their customer service is great, their conference halls looks good too. Their visitor’s rest room has a blast of AC. Had experience with mosquitoes in the room but room service were quick to resolve the issue. Forget that aesthetic lamp beside the bed, it’s not working ????

I for one love the environment. Personally I'd give it a 5, but then my visit was short so am sharing based on my short stay there. I love the atmosphere, the respetionist on that day was nice enough to show me my way since I was lost. The room was well cleaned, as well as the well working Air condition. I can really say much about thier food though. I eat because I was hungry, and I can't say for sure if the food was from their restaurant. I did not get it myself.

Cozy and comfortable room.
The pool area is serene and very clean.
Very polite staff, from the security to the receptionists to the cleaners.
Lobby is comfortable for waiting.
Overall a great experience.

A beautiful and serene environment with vast painting all the way ( from the entrance through the hallway and soft jazz) good housekeeping services.....but mehn, good meals with bills hitting the rooftop...to cut the story short it's a nice place to easy the stress.....

A really outstanding five star hotel in the centre of Abuja. The staff were friendly and helpful and internet was fast, my zoom meetings were stress-free. The elevator was functional too, took a dive at the pool.
It was a wonderful stay, Surely visiting again!

Very nice place to stay in Abuja.... Fantastic rooms... Very neat and clean... Room Service is superb... Mostly, they serve a very good breakfast.... The location is also very easy and convenient...

I had an amazing time at this hotel. The food was delicious, the hotel was clean and the service was top notch. I would definitely recommend this hotel to other especially international travelers looking for a good hotel to stay at while in Abuja.
