Suya & Co (suya and shisha)

Came here for the much talked about Suya; I took one look at their menu and the Igbo man in me jumped out and I decided to eat something traditional instead. Tbh I make better okra soup, but their staff are courteous, the ambience is breezy and artsy. Yeah, that glass of Zobo is very refreshing.

I love that they have added a modern feel to the suya experience. A Restaurant that is dedicated to all kinds of suya and complimenting it with other dishes, is a lovely idea come to life.

Meanwhile, don't miss the lamb.

Pricey Suya u0026 Shawarma in an upscale open barbecue, an array of grilled Mediterranean (Lebanese/Arabian) kebabs that bring memories of Casablanca /Marrakesh /Cairo :) There's suya (beef, chicken), shawarma, salads, sandwiches and the regular Nigerian spread of ''continental'' meals on offer. Grills come with a side of wedges/fries/rice.

Shisha's on offer here (flavoured tobacco smoked through hookah pipes, guaranteed to turn your lungs blue-green, needing health insurance in a few years), but the restaurant and bar are open, airy, and very welcoming. Great place to bring friends who are new in town and are keen to try Nigerian suya. (Certainly is way over the price for suya on the street, but the ambience is worth it)!

The environment was pleasant and serene, the food especially the beef suya was divine. The coconut rice I had came in a small quantity. But overall it was good a experience.

Hmmmmmmm. I don't know why it took me this long to discover this place.

This is the Suya with a PhD.

Well prepared, tasted and well packaged.

I forgot the name of that Shrimp but it's absolutely beautiful.

I will begin to deliberately try other things on the menu I am sure they will be excited.

Upscale version of the famous street food. Nice open plan seating and the menu is decent but on the pricy side. I love the way they packaged the suya tho, tried to keep the authentic newspaper style with a modern twist
