The hotel that has been known and identified with several names over the years including Protea, Bonne and now Stratton. Although the frequent change in identity has caused confusion for many with appointments there, the services and products remained commendable making it top of the list for many high profile Nigerians. It is centrally situated on an unmissable corner piece near the Force Headquarters of the Nigeria Police and a few metres from the Three Arms Zone which comprises the National Assembly, the Federal Secretariat and the Presidency. This place comes highly recommended for its ambience, the services and the quality of patrons. The drawback is a lack of space for vehicles coming into the premises but if you are not worried about car theft, at your own risk, park outside the premises and walk in.

I think it's one of the best hotels I've been too in recent times, their food is so yummy especially the fried peppered chicken. Awesome

Most times, just to the gym. But sometimes, other facilities.
Really good and beautiful ambience. Customer service, top notch. Standard gym.

I will gladly give this a 5-star rating.
The services was top notch.

If you are looking for a good place to workout around the area, you should try the gym here

The Stratton is home away from home, my family and I were well taken care of by their very friendly staff. The receptionist represented the hotel well, we were greated with smiles and genuine willingness to ensure our stay is pleasant. The restaurant is heaven with delicious meals and my God the portion was massive, meal very tasty and I would recommend their Vegetable soup, hmmm yummy. Security at the hotel was reassuring and the cleanliness gives you an extra peace of mind
My daughter didn't want to leave and kept asking for an extension of our stay.

Room key cards are always always deactivated without contact with any magnetic or metallic objects. You have to go down to the receptionists to activate them.

Light/power goes out too frequently for a hotel of its status and takes longer than I expect of such hotel before it comes back.

The meeting rooms need to be improved upon in terms of set up equipment, working microphone and electrical sockets/extension boxes for guests laptops.

Stratton is in the heart of Abuja. Less than 3 mins drive to the presidential villa. It's extremely secured and very serene. However, I would like to suggest that they invest in the facility and upgrade their lights and staff work desk to international standards
