It’s nothing like I thought it would be. Pretty on the outside but it’s not all that on the inside.

I wasn’t really feeling the rooms and bathrooms, it somewhere between average.

But the the view from the balcony is lit though and there is ample parking space.

To start with: their lift is never working, breakfast absolutely horrible, dirty pillows, bathroom, security lady at the gate always miserable as if she is upset that she has to work, at the pool bar whatever you order they ran out of it, even common sprite they don't have! Whoever is running the hotel needs to look into things, me definitely not coming back

I attended an event, so I'll speak only of the Pool/Pool Bar. The pool seemed well maintained and the surroundings clean and in order. Pool bar was ordinary and Put of snacks at 3pm. Football match viewing is available and considering its an hotel, meals would be available.

I think its over priced for the level of attention they pay to the guest.
My 1st night the A.c was bad and there was litle or nothing that they did but apologise for it.
The 2nd day, there was no one at the bar to attend to my request for water by 9am.

Not to add that the lifts where no5 functioning for the 2 nights i spent there.

It makes me wonder! Why the high rates then!?

The reception hall wears the same looks with Intercontinental Hotel, Kuala Lumpur-Malaysia. Their service culture is great, and their response rate is quite impressive.
Their pool bar is quite a busy area, and their gym looks okay!

The room had mosquitoes and wall gecko, their food was horrible, the yam was like stone and the egg sauce was very bad, even the complementary breakfast (rice) that my husband had wasn't soft,wasted my money on their food and the room. It was also very noisy, you can practically hear all the club music in your room.

Beautiful hotel, amazing view as well but your customer service can be better. My friend was lodged there for a couple of days, the AC was on 30° kept calling the reception everyday for a remote control and no one ever brought one for 4 whole days. There should be a remote control in every room
