I was there about 2 weeks ago and it was better than I expected. The customer service was great, the rooms were well kept, facilities were properly maintained from my point of view, and they served delicious meals and even had a buka mostly Wednesdays where meals ordered per individual would cost nothing more than 500 naira (excluding water and anything not served on a plate).
The guest house is near a Chinese restaurant and is close to a plaza with cyber cafe if needed. Taxis also drive by that area daily for easy transportation. I loved my stay there and I would recommend it to anyone looking to spend a night anywhere around Wuse.
