This hotel is just basic with no Standard.
No Gym, no pool and no customer service.
Basic items like batteries to operate the remotes in the room took 3 days to receive, and that's after contacting management.
Bathroom curtain looks like something from grandma's kitchen in the village with what appears like serious mold infestation.
The bathroom ceiling and the toilet sit appears to have serious mold infestations as well ( wish I had the option to post pictures on here).
Best part is, I tried to give the manager (Jessica) my feedback, and her response was that she is not interested in any feedback.
Additionally, it looks like this hotel will change their price on you overnight and if you refuse to pay the new price, they make you check.
Other than that, I give great kudos to their restaurant staff. Good food, though pricey, but I enjoyed the bitterleaf soup.
You should try it if you insist on staying here. Hopefully your experience is better than mine☺️
