The staff is nice and diligent. The food in the pool bar is nice and good. The buffets inside are expensive and there is quite a room for improvement there. The rooms need urgently renovation and important to mention the corridor in the third floor had all the time an awful smell apparently coming from the carpet.

It's a great place for lodging and business meetings. They have halls of different capacities for attendees and restaurants that is almost always open. You food can be served in your meeting hall. You have staff waiting on you to do your request at each time. It's a nice place.

Positive reviews:
- Decent location right in central area
- I forgot some things in the room after checkout, the house keeping manager called to inform.
- The pool was quite clean
- Decent alcohol and food options at the bar

Negative
- The rug in my room had some foul odor
- In stayed in room 412, and the door was not closing properly, one has to lift the door for it to close and it seemed like a quick fix from the hinge. Not sure why that wasn’t done
- I felt we could have had more options for buffet
- The lobby seems to be always crowded

Value for money was low for me, I don’t intend to stay in Reiz at least not anytime soon

This is an excellent lodging place. I came here for a symposium and also spent two nights here. The rooms are very comfortable, neatly kept and well lit. I won't forget to add that there are snacks tucked away in the fridge in case you feel like chewing something at night. The bathrooms are well equipped. The meeting and conference halls are excellent for meetings. There is a WiFi network but I could not access it despite having the login details.

•The rooms, bathroom and toilets are cleaned every morning with your permission,
•Breakfast is also served every morning (milk, sugar, biscuit, green tea)
•The also give water bottle, small holladia drink and peanuts in the afternoon.
•The workers are polite and doing a great job.
•There is also light 24/7
•If you have any technical issues, the fix it as soon as possible
• the also have a gym and swimming pool and you make use of lift to upper floors

One of the best hotel experience ever. Has a gym, a swimming pool, a bar, and everything. Room fittings are top notch . Room services are great, you get daily snacks and tea supplied to your room, robes, different set of towels and customised foot wear. You also get bathroom packs like shower cap , needle and thread , soaps, clean robes incase you don't have a nightwear. It's the best I have lodged in so far. ATM services and taxi are also available. I regret not buying a lovely book from the bookstore. If i have the opportunity to visit again, am going to buy a book...any interesting one

The rooms are very comfortable and luxurious. The service was excellent and the WiFi was super fast! I also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the complimentary snacks I found in the fridge every day.
