The hotel is great, location is accessible, clean, except the food. Nothing creative really. Same menu everyday, for breakfast and lunch.

Hotel staff are courteous and always ready to assist.

Recommended, if you'd like a short stay and eat somewhere else.

I attended an event in the rooftop hall and it's a very beautiful space. I didn't use the rooms. Also had late lunch in the restaurant downstairs and it was quite nice.

Qualibest Grand Hotel's service is prompt, and cool. Their staff understands the importance of customer service and they put it into practice during my stay there.

When I arrived at the Hotel, the room reserved for me was no longer available and they had to quickly sort it out by ensuring that I stay at a more comfortable room.

They have great passion for Climate Action and the take cautious action by also taking their customers.

Rooms come with complimentary breakfast but you have to get it before 10am. (I missed my first breakfast ????)

They have a bar, pool, conference room, mini shopping mart, restaurants, Laundry, car hire etc.

Free Wi-Fi awaits you at the hotel ????

Always keep your valuables in the safe and use a unique pass code that you can easily remember.

You can get your facials done while at the hotel.

The location of the hotel is connected to beautiful places you can visit while in Abuja.

Their rooms, walk ways and the environment are clean and they have beautiful plants ????

Their service and rooms are not so expensive, but you'll get the value!

Rooms are nice and clean but limited sunshine.
Limited bfast menu/alacarte no buffet

Fairly okay location . Overlooking a motorpark.

I personally loved and enjoyed my stay here.. from the porter to the receptionist to the kitchen staff, they all had a pleasant attitude and were quick to apologise for any mishaps. The 1k tray charge on everything ordered to the room felt outrageous for a hotel with 2 floors. The range food was good however there's room for improvement. Food dressing is good but the taste is even better ????

I had a lovely time there. The room entertainment system is awesome. Internet facility is topnotch, I haven't seen it elsewhere. Good customer experience awaits you.
