I was disappointed with the receptionist I met on ground this evening... Having booked for a particular room five days ago only for me to come check in this I was told that the very 225 I booked having been given to someone else and this is what I carefully came twice on sunday so as to make sure I secure a particular room number and no one told me it won't be vacant even when It was vacant when I was paying. This doesn't speak well at all
