I was disappointed with the receptionist I met on ground this evening... Having booked for a particular room five days ago only for me to come check in this I was told that the very 225 I booked having been given to someone else and this is what I carefully came twice on sunday so as to make sure I secure a particular room number and no one told me it won't be vacant even when It was vacant when I was paying. This doesn't speak well at all

Promel Hotel Ltd us such a very interesting place for everyone who desire to be free from disturbances.
Security structure of the place is one of its kind, you enjoy free wifi and excellent service with free gym for guest.

Had a bad experience today.. Was driving past the hotel, had a running stomach, stopped over and wanted to use the public rest room there.. I was refused, In all my travels round the world this is the first time a hotel or a place of business will reject someone such emergency

If you don't mind small rooms, then go ahead. I didn't lodge here because the rooms were small plus the fridge was basically placed in a location that almost blocked the way to the restroom. Pretty much leaving 2 or 3 inches space to pass. I got injured on my toe struggling to open the restroom and see what it looks like while maneuvering the tiny space!.

It was clean though

Visited when it was opened newly and it wasn't a bad place to lodge at the time
