Their service is slow- waiting for long time to see a doctor. Sometimes only one doctor is on ground. The front desk staff need to be more professional-singing aloud and playing music. Some of the nurses are courteous and helpful. Their general service and system needs improvement

I have never been to a hospital with more unprofessional and ill-mannered top management than this hospital where the MD addresses both staff and patients very rudely. I was treated with extreme disrespect by their MD some years ago and I gave him a piece of my mind. This is aside the fact that they have poor facilities. I found myself using their services again this week and had to call the same MD. He was dismissive and unresponsive: he basically picked up the call and said nothing for over a minute. Rather, he was talking to someone else while I was talking and wasting my airtime. I called twice to be sure I wasn't misconstruing the situation. I'm switching to another NHIS accredited health care provider ASAP.

You will wait to see doctors for hours, terribly understaffed, tired workers, dirty environment, (they clean only when needed), heavily dilapidated. And the worst of it is when you go for maternity, it’s the Head nurse doing marketing for health and wellness products she sells instead of actually doing an anti natal lecture! Not recommended at all!

The service they render keeps getting worse day by day. Filled with bunch of rude and sadist doctors and nurses. They have special degree in time wasting and nonchalant attitude. I hope they get better, at least to what they were in 2017

The most nonchalant front line workers especially the said HMO staff. Zero training on health services

Like the experience received at hospital, each time I come visiting wether with family or personal. Some sense of professional conduct.

You won't miss it. It is just by the road side. Their Health information management system is plausible.

I had a very disappointing time here at Pison Hospital. The whole process to see a doctor is on it’s on tasking and to imagine that doctors have to tell patients exiting to call out the name of the next patient is so embarrassing. The laboratory is a corner office were collection and investigations are done with a long waiting time for results. The drugs look substandard and I must say it’s the made in Nigeria effect. I won’t fault them on the drugs because they can be very expensive but at least you have to give your patients quality over anything else. The whole setup needs to be revisited as they are supposed to be one of the best in Kubwa ABUJA but they are failing really well. The place needs to have a more welcoming atmosphere and smiles. It’s a hospital and smiles can heal but the staff act like they have personal issues and seem lost in their own office gists. I appreciate the nurses as they had a better approach than most. As for the image in the vitals room, it is embarrassing and I hope this review will help get it down. Paint over the wall and do a better and sensible warning. I doubt I’ll be using Pison again so good luck going forward.
