Pinkberry actually sells yogurt worth trying out.
Taste - Awesome, they have about 6 base options to try out.
Toppings - Nice, quite a few options.
Cup - Good, their cup sizes are bigger and cheaper than competitors, e.g. large size cup is bigger than the equivalent cups of competitor and few hundreds cheaper.
Usually there aren't queues, one can quickly walk in and out without hassle.
By the way, they put the takeout cups in a Ziploc bag filled with ice, to keep the yogurt chilled until you're ready to have it.

I had the worst experience ever today. The staff of Pinkberry Jabi Mall (Mercy) and her coworker were absolutely horrible and liars. We asked for the small cup sizes as we were full and wanted to get something light, but the liars told us that no other cup size was available only the large to go cup. We each bought them and proceeded to sit down and have the froyo, then we saw the customers after us with small cup sizes, the ones we asked for. I was so mad and went to confront them, their excuse was they just brought it out. Imagine!!! Honestly if this are the kind of staff you have at your store, I will never go and back!

Location
Inside the mall on the ground floor. It's directly by your left from the particular doorway that leads you to their spot. It's not a single store spot as they share the entire location with Coldstone and others

Setting
Really pretty! Variety of flavours for the bases and even more exciting variety for the toppings.

Obvious and concise information enough to guide you on placing your order. Great customer service and standard prices with available POS machines to aid your transactions.

Prices
Really affordable. The small cup was about ₦1200 with three toppings and it was satisfactory.

Sweet and fresh frozen yoghurt! Pinkberry offers the largest amount of toppings available in any frozen yoghurt shop in Abuja. The space is clean and it is great for kids and family. The service is quite fair and is a build your own yoghurt style.

It is located inside Jabi Lake Mall and has different flavours of deserts. A haven of some sort for both kids and teenagers - either as individual or group. There's a shared parking space with other stores within the mall. It offers option of takeout. Easily noticeable whilst walk round the lower ground floor of the mall.
