During my short stay at the Sheraton, Papillon Restaurant was possibly my favourite restaurant there. The location of the restaurant in the hotel is quite strategic and pretty nice. It was probably the first thing I noticed as I was going to my room. The staff are very polite and professional, the meals however are not so versatile.

I had the breakfast buffet and couldn't really find convenient options except English breakfast options. A few other guests complained too. But the ambience was lovely with the fountain and we'll nurtured garden, Magnificent! Having both the indoors and Outdoors seating was also a good one and I must say this was the first time I was having buffet that came with complimentary drinks which wasn't coffee or tea and I believe that's a good thing. If you want to enjoy a nice serene meal in Abuja in an exotic nature friendly environment, Papillon Restaurant in Sheraton is your go to place.

Lovely buffet with lots of options. Went for breakfast one day and then back for dinner. Lots of options and great service. Lost a star bcos the strawberry syrup tasted weird, like someone added baking soda instead of sugar. At breakfast, the "real" pineapple juice tasted like it had artificial sweetener. Overall, I had a great experience and will go back.

Had a Surprise birthday dinner, in a great Atmosphere. So many yummy looking meals, Loved the Fish filets and mashed potatoes. The staffs where of great service. Good customer service.

The restruant is beautiful with relaxing jazz music playing all through. There is a robust buffet for every meal time and the food is good. The booths are spacious and beatuiful

Had a good time at Papillion restaurant, the food was really good, the ambiance was top too. But I found that the restaurant was really hot i don't know why, we spoke to the waiter about it and nothing was done about it, maybe they were under maintenance, management should really get that fixed besides that it was a good evening

The people serving me made a real good effort. I ordered food from the menu and that took one hour before it was ready. The buffet was great though and I used that instead the following days. For payment of the first night´s dinner, I had to go to the hotel lobby, couldn't pay at the restaurant with my credit card, and pay in cash. That was somehow company policy. That made it an unpleasant experience for 50$

The food here has lost its glory of the past. It used to serve the best food with a wide range amongst hotels in Abuja. I can say the same now ????
I and two other colleagues had a running stomach from the food (fish stew). The other guests were fine though.
However, the staff are very courteous
