Cux d staff response to room service is cool but management is poor cux I can't imagine my self lodge in a hotel d room. Full of cockroaches everywhere while am looking for comfort I get disturb with insects everywhere dat not good pls fine environment with poor management I guess pls fumigation is important

Horrible customer service. Rooms are barely cleaned.
The location is accessible and the cost is affordable with steady electricity.

A little improvement in the customer service and maintenance would perfect this 3star hotel

Convenience room smells foul. Old Samsung TVs with whacked channels. Expensive for nothing. Staff are good and friendly, so i feel management is the problem

Pretty cool, courteous staff but they can do better with their food from restaurant.

I must admit that ORS Hotels environment is beautiful, neat and clean but you can do better in your budget rooms.

Amazing place to be....they have got a very nice lounge lounge the dj can make u keep dancing without a leg pain.....
The best route to avoid while going there is to pass through an untarred road, your Google map would direct u through there anyway.

Ors hotels apo is a nice hotel but dull in the evening. They didn't open their club on Friday night
