This Plaza is located at the road side and its location is strategic for businesses of any kinds. However boutique businesses strives here because of the glass view of the building. It helps to present viewers with clear picture within a reasonable time. The parking space is small here as a result of the location.

This three-storey plaza is strategically located for good exposure for businesses, because it stands at the corner of two major roads. It has good parking space, and the building has a functioning elevator. There is a barber/beauty salon, a wine shop and a beautiful chandelier store. The last floor gives a wonderful view.
