After waiting 10 minutes and no one had said anything to me, I walk over to the counter.
I’m a first time customer by the way.
Me: Hello, is anyone here?
Staff: Hello no come work today (then looks away, doing absolutely nothing).
Me: Huh?! (this is a new level of customer disregard)
The lady (staff) did not move from where she sat and seemed to take great pleasure in my incredulity at her utter foolishness.
An older woman steps out, doesn’t apologize, and request that I and my friend go back to sit, adding that we will be attended to.
Asides the fact that the meals here are average (and overpriced, I should add), the concept of service is very foreign here. In fact, it’s nonexistent.
A very unfortunate encounter for me, I was sad that I had to stomach the ineptitude because I was a visitor to the city who did not exactly know where better options were located and I was hungry.
