If you stay on the 1st floor in the 20-odd numbers like 205, 203, be prepared to be disturbed by a bar at night.

Nice customer service, really mannered room service and restaurant service. Used a Mac to try and connect to the hotel's WiFi but it didn't work best come with your own internet just in case.

Staying in the 2nd floor doesn't give you a great view over the Jabi Lake but you can see a little. The bathroom I stayed in 205 I think has a bad shower door.

This hotel is located in a good and cool environment. The riverbank makes it an attractive option for visitors in Abuja. It also houses the popular Jabi Boat Club.

This Hotel also has other side attractions like the game center where you can play snooker, table tennis, and other game. Their seat out is also nice and their attendants are customer friendly.

And their swimming pool is always neat.

It's a cool space with interesting spots and an awesome view of the lake. Would have dropped 4 stars but one of their staff was rude. He could have politely said pictures are not allowed with a camera, but he was yelling as if someone stole his stuff from afar just to let us know it's not allowed. He said they provide such services which is 30,000 naira and Video for 50,000 naira I think. We used the pool side for a small party though and that I can recommend but their food is pricey and you can't bring in food as well.

They send messages to people thanking them for patronage even when the person hasn't been there before. This is not fair.
They also don't have good customer care agent on phone. The lady was just too rude.

Out door sit-out is great. However, the place needs constant fumigation as mosquitoes made sitting outside very challenging
