For an Head office, I believe MTN can do better than that choking space where people are being attended to.. it is a slap on we the customers to come for a complain or to purchase a particular product and then find scavengers ravaging at the gate of the so called MTN HEAD OFFICE of NIGERIA.. thereby disorienting people and robbing them off, right at your gate.. I feel so sad.. NO PARKING SPACE, I had to park on the streets with lots of valuable items in my vehicle.
If there's a zero star.. I would have clicked right on it.

An internet service provider with no network to attend to its customers seeking customer service, okay.

Would give 0 stars, but apparently that's not an option.

Their service is satisfying and the customer service is good

They responded to me, even when I came late on this Saturday 2nd of October 2021 to fix my Hynet Flex.
I give those 2 ladies a 100% score.
You have some good hands, MTN. Problems is, they may actually be temporary Staff. And that's not good enough

My stay there was worthwhile at least. Although I love to visit places even though I have nothing reasonable to do there. But the moment I got there, I found my calling!
