Receptionist that attended to me was not organized. one of the standard royals bathroom, the roof precisely was dripping water from the top of the ceiling seriously.. though i complained to the manger, (she is very friendly and accommodating.)There was alot of mosquitoes even after spraying.
Constant light and water, if u want a calm environment don't go there.

They need do a lot of work like an up do on the facility. Maitama is a good location.

dirty, tv doesn't work, kitchen attendants rude, sheets are disgusting, wall is dirty.. please don't go .

Please do not attempt to book online. A scammer called Monday is running this online page. He would tell you he is the manager and then ask you to pay online which is a scam. You won't be able to retrieve your money after then and you won't get a booking either. The management of the hotel claim not to be involved in this scam. Please avoid this place!!

Well am not impress with this place. Needs some kind of renovation especially the rooms. Even though it's quite affordable and the location is top notch but I think it needs an overhauling
