Called the Company to get a quote.
Spoke to a lady called Farida.
I was told I will get a guy to come measure my place, lost 2 days. Eventually a gentleman came over and got the place measured. This was the third day.
I was told to expect a quote before the end of the day.
Didn’t get a quote, neither did I get any response via phone call, messages or email.
Got a very un necessary lazy impolite call 6 days after the initial measurement from Farida telling me they missed my calls.
Everything mentioned on the phone was beside the point, told her she wasn’t making any sense and she said I was verbally attacking her.
I still don’t have a quote. This is the 9th day.
If you are a serious business or person find someone else if not, call Lane7 and wait for 70days.
