Koraf hotel is beautiful, neat and exquisitely designed to have a natural look, like your home and at peace with nature.
Located within Hill side estate, with rooms on mountain hill top within rocks, beautiful bar, swimming, pool, relaxation spot with a viewing centre, and game lounge all at the hill top.
In all, I had a lovely experience and stay at Koraf.

Five stars because of the amazing views which is unique to this hotel.
I chose to stay in the Hill top rooms as it provides the best view which is amazing at night.
The staff were courteous and friendly...although service to the hilltop rooms can take a while which I don't blame them for, it is a long walk to the rooms from the service area.
So do well to order or request your needs well before needed.
Food was good as well.
Overall for the price, it was alright. Looking forward to my next visit.

I stayed here for a month and it was the best decision I made about my stay in Abuja. Located on a hill, get ready to get fit and moving especially if you choose the rooms with hilltop view. I’d made the reservation via Booking.com and upon my arrival as we ascended the stairs and kept climbing upwards, I got breathless and almost cancelled the reservation there and then, but once you see the view - you’d be sold and arrested by the splendour of nature that opens up once you reach the hill top! ???? It was supposed to be a 3-day stay while I looked for more feasible accommodation but I ended up staying for 4 weeks ????. I enjoyed my stay a lot because of the view, the rustic surroundings and the fresh atmosphere. You could hear yourself think and breathe freely. It's also away from the noise of more crowded neighbourhoods like Gwarimpa/Jabi. It is located in an estate in Dawaki and easily accessible via Google Maps. Room rates were quite affordable, and comes with breakfast - although fixed menu but meals are quite wholesome and freshly made. My room had a bath tub which was roomy and comfortable. But don’t come expecting a lavish enclave - the furnishings in the room are not luxurious but they work just fine - just kinda outdated. Wi-Fi hardly worked. Water pressure is often low. Power outages became more frequent due to diesel scarcity and increasing fuel price. But these seem like a little price to pay for the experience and immersion into mama nature. Come here if you need to ground and reconnect with the earth beneath you and the skies above you. Sit on the rocks. Go climb nearby hills. Swing from the sturdy trees. Take a hike, and a swim if the pool is finally completed when you check-in. It is also a hot entertainment spot for post-office drinks and pepper soup. Smoking is permitted. The staff are hardworking - hardly complaining despite having to trudge up and down the hill several times. The laundry guy is efficient and fast. The cleaners/housekeeping are a bit tardy and not very attentive if you are a neat-freak or have OCD. The front desk staff don’t joke around when it comes to their bills and they take their morning wake-up calls seriously. Your best chance of a late morning is to take the intercom of the cradle ???? otherwise you’d be woken up for breakfast everyday! One of the cooks does a waaaaaay better job while the other is just there, your tastebud will tell you the difference. You’d mostly run into both Africans u0026 Americans. It’s quite a hidden gem - rustic (yes) but perfect if you want something different and more organic u0026 soul-soothing. So many diverse trees, plants and beautiful flowers to feed your eyes. I miss the Jasmine flowers that run up the pathway and smell so fragrantly when in bloom. Also be on the lookout for chameleons, scorpions, and ants scurrying among the rocks!

Con
None really. But a gentle upgrade of some furnishings will be nice. E.g the plastic table on the hilltop with one broken leg that just fits into the vibe but a nuisance to sit at or work from.

The environment is serene. It has a hillside/mountain view
Everyone here is very friendly and warm and nice. There's an option for breakfast and food is very affordable.
If you're looking for a nice getaway since it's far from the city. This is a good option, price is affordable too but the only thing I didn't like were the rooms, the interior for the rooms could be better.
But overall, the reception 100%
