Place was easy to locate, staff were all so friendly and polite, they take client and staff safety seriously too, there was a drill to test existing escape plan in case of a fire disaster,....place was bae.

There's professionalism in service delivery but waiting time is so long. An appointment of 8am lasted beyond 1pm.
There's need for an improvement with regards to the time spent waiting for service delivery
