The hotel is quite beautiful and their services are superb....with clean swimming pool, standard gym, buffet with many options (even for those on a diet)....the environment is tidied and staffs are quite professionals and courteous. I enjoyed every bit of my stay there..... It's conducive for both kids and adults

I.was there to facilitate a program.
The staff were nice and responsive. I was able to do some quick printing at the business centre. The extension cables were long enough, if you a trainer you know how frustrating this can be.

But the carpet in the hall had a damp smell. It may need to be changed or something.

Quite nice, depending on the room you get. Some rooms are much nicer than others and it's the same price. Breakfast is good buffet with a large variety of choice

A calm and serene environment. Rooms are built to taste and services are great. A good place to lodge, entertain guest and host meetings and conferences.

The hotel is located within a large expanse of land with a good ambience. They have very courteous staff from the security personnel, to the butlers, front desk staff and the waiters; smiling was something that came naturally to them. The room was clean, with tiled floors and I particularly loved the standing lamps they had in the room. Some of the rooms had safes in them for safe keeping, you have access to the hotel's wifi and they were also generous with the mirrors in the room. They have a good space for parking, a gym and a swimming pool. They also have two restaurants housed within: the Bukkana restaurant and the Panazian Chinese restaurant which both served good food. The rooms come with a complimentary breakfast (which was good), with access to the gym and swimming pool. I loved it and will visit again.

The event tent is splendid with the right air conditioning, but the access to the restroom (especially the male restroom) needs to be worked on.
