Some other company has started managing the place. Everything is so deceptive. The menu prices were different from what was presented in the receipt. I killed a giant cocktoach in my room and the receptionist has serious attitude issues. The hotel is old and the furniture is old too. The bathroom is tiny and the service was poor. The only reason I didn't get a refund and storm out was a waiter who was really nice and resourceful. The elevator doesn't work. The list goes on. Please don't go here

I would like to request that the female receptionist should be taught more about customer service, I didn’t stay at the hotel but I make use of their gym. The little transaction i had at the counter made me identify that, had to even ask if all the employees where changed after the new company took over, Not a good Image. Meanwhile their gym is alright for anyone trying to stretch out a bit.

They renovated this hotel to give it a facelift only on the outside. The inside bears vivid signs of very poorly maintained and substandard facilities. Though the front desk officers were very courteous, the room attendants were not that nice as they continually beg for tips.

I visited the gym at Emirates hotels, though the trainers are good and passionate about what they do, the equipment is old and outdated. The gym space is also very small and poorly ventilated. The air conditioning doesn't work either. The management needs to completely renovate the gym and change the equipment.

Absolutely fabulous hotel.

Great facilities (Gym, salon, spar, swimming pool, night club, conference hall, laundromat, free WiFi)

Excellent manpower.

Wonderful customer service.

Budget friendly lodging.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Emirate hotel (old name) is situated in fifth avenue gw arinpa. The rooms r posh n affordable. The swimming pool is very ideal for children as young as three-year old. So parents n their kids can swim in one pool .

You guys broke my heart and disappointed me. Generator was switched off by past 6am and left all guests in darkness without explanation until one guest was trying to make trouble. No provision for the spare generator to be put on. Left the place in annoyance due to poor service and nobody gave explanation for this event. It can't continue like this or else you will turn this place to a 'short time' corner. In the attached picture is the snapped picture in the room lodged as at 7:55am.
