Hotel Reno

Checked out at 10am today. The Hotel Reno is not as good as it used to be. I'm not impressed with the services at the restaurant...the menu list were in stained and hand written piece of papers. I wondered what it would cost to produce a standard menu booklet that's so difficult for Hotel Reno yet they charge so much.

While at the restaurant, I observed a particular man who kept walking up and down and was flexing so much unnecessarily authority over the other staff...he was a huge distraction to guests including myself. In fact a guest was playing the piano at the restaurant when suddenly the man ran and rudely asked the guest to stop as if the guest had committed the unimaginable.

The bed/mattress in the room where I stayed was old and noisy...non orthopedic. The towel in the bathroom looked terrible. The glass I used for my drinks had so many ants running around it when I woke up this morning.

I'm disappointed

Many improvements need be executed.

A supposed classic hotel with no class. No bottle of water served to the room, no kettle for boiling water in the rooms, no beverage, bathroom not so exquisite.
The only applausible things in the hotel are their comfortable beds and food.

A timely upgrade is really needed to compete with other hotels

The rooms are comfortable and neat. There are TV channels to cater for a variety of viewing tastes. Reception staff are friendly. The catering however needs to be improved. The quality of their meals has gone down. And not much variety either. Recently stayed there for 9 days abd fresh juice was not available throughout. The first two days I was told fruits were not available for juice that they would buy fruits on the 3rd day. On the 3rd day still no juice. They finally told me the juice maker was spoilt.

Went to hang out with my friends at the pool side it was nice the only thing was we where asked not to eat what we came in with even after getting things from them so when visiting don't get any thing from out side,it was a nice place to chill ????????

Cool place, Just like De Den Entertainment center at Kubwa/Dutse, though De Den entertainment looks more spacious.

They need to step improve on their housekeeping and their breakfast menu. Staff were courteous and professional.

Nice and serene place with a good hotel service. Rooms were OK and meals were pretty impressive as well.
