Still assessing the trend of things here cos I've been here for less than 24 hours. However, hotel structure seems good, security can be assured with nice staff. But hotel fittings (curtains) aren't dope. Toilet and bathroom have traces of offensive odour.

My experience here was not pleasant. The facilities were in disrepair and some of the staff very hostile.

I stayed there on a friend's recommendation.

The reception was just okay,the rates are reasonable and YES the lift does work.

The rooms are fair though some of the bathrooms need to be upgraded and housekeeping in general needs to be overhauled.

The food is great though and the pool side was nice.

Hotel de bentley offers comfortable luxury life compatibility, it also offers the dream of everyone young and influential people who has the luxury life approach.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel to those who care about their health and safety. I stayed at the hotel for two nights and I had a really terrible experience.

First, when I checked-in there were swarms of mosquitoes in the room, and I had to buy my own insecticide to spray the room, because the staff from service never came to help. The bathroom is suffering from leakages all over and I almost slipped and injured myself.

The elevator wasn't working, because most times i had to use the staircase. The pillows smelled so badly of stench sweat due to lack cleaning and hygiene.

The worst is finding out that there are rats/mices in room, because i kept my fruit on the table and the next morning woke up to find my fruits and and biscuits eaten and crumbled all over the table. One could end up with Lassa fever with this.

I will never go to Hotel De Gently again!

This place isn't bad looking from outside.. However it need some touches inside..

The staff need re-training on customer services and also the management have to do more to improve her image.
