The environment was serene with very courteous staff. Sparkling clean. I particularly like how it feels spacious everywhere, even in the restrooms. The food and restaurant service were great too. Only minus was we couldn't get the mic pod in the meeting room to work. But 5 stars rating regardless.

As a business person, professional or just the everyday person who genuinely craves peace and quiet, Fraser Suites is the place to check into.
God!
They have such a calming environment there and every single time you walk in, from the gate to the lobby, lift and corridors, it is nothing but dwarfing serenity, marked by the lovely sound of harmonies wafting through the halls from God knows where.
The rooms are built and dressed with class in mind, and the client service is top notch.
Joy, an incredibly beautiful and kind young lady with a hearty smile and one of the best conversational skills I've ever experienced runs the coffee shop, and that's more than enough reason to want to visit there.

Even though I had a short stay of 4days with my colleagues, I enjoyed the cozy environment, clean, good internet, the warm greetings from the gate through the entrance security to the reception. You have great services. It was nice waking up every morning to the whistle of the pirrot of the house. “I am forgetting his name ????. Next time I will enjoy the swimming pool and the outside restaurant. My office will definitely come to discuss further partnerships. I loved the experience.

This is an awesome place. Though pricy, the quality of service is international standard. The staff treated me really nicely, they just make you feel at home. Highly recommended!

Undoubtedly, our best hotel experience yet! We experienced power outage though. In my opinion, the changeover from electricity to generator should be automatic/seamless. Other than that, we think the world about Fraser Suites.

It's a beautiful hotel but the rooms did not match the standard. Especially the bathrooms. When holding a conference the dinning area gets really full. You have to sit out and wait.

Freser Suites are not slowing down on their standards and we love that! We stayed over the weekend a few months back and is still the same when we visited last week again. It was a work trip. Their buffet is top notch with tasty meals….standard three course meal like this… lol
Also, you can’t access any of the floors through their elevators without lodging, as the elevator scans your room card to grant you access.

The security men should tone down on their “over greeting”. Yes dignitaries troop in and out but you wouldn’t want them to be uncomfortable with too much salutations.
