I am pleased to say that my stay at Frankville has been excellent and has surpassed all my expectations. The staff was very wonderful and catered to my every need. The room was impeccably clean and all the facilities were in perfect working order.
Thank you for your excellent hospitality, and I hope to stay at Frankville again soon.

Sometimes it's not just about beauty but good management and service. Couldn't stay 5 nights but 1 cause of bad water from the shower,seized light,too high cost of food and the staff raising voices at me when I was leaving very early because I could not take my bath for a whole day.

It is always a wonderful place to stay, rooms are affordable and clean.
Customer service is great, only problem is rooms get easily booked. Hopefully they will finish the extension soon and have more rooms available.

Visited during the weekend. The environment was okay. The two different restrooms I used didn't have soap to wash hands. That's not hygienic.

It's a nice upscale looking place, ok service and friendly staff. However it's a little pricey, and there swimming pools need separate bathrooms and changing rooms for Male and Females. I almost got into a fight with a guy who blocked my 16 year old daughter in the changing room.
