It's a really nice place to workout, the gym is well equipped with good workout equipments. They also offer massage and spa treatments/therapy and a nutritionist is also available to help you have a proper diet plan. Services here aren't so expensive and payment plans are available too.

It's a great gym house. All equipments present. They also have a sauna.

The word that describes this place best is "wow" nice hospitality and customer service. Well equipped with states of the art equipment. Nice spa within,dance hall, jacuzzi, Suana and fantastic gym instructors that make you workout with ease where as in reality,you burning extreme fat.

I’ve been working out here for 2 years and even though I’ve been to other gyms, this is the BEST!

There’s a spa, a weight room aka red room of pain, a cardio room, and an aerobics studio.

We take yoga classes, dance classes, salsa training, spinning etc.

7:30 am - 8:30 am every morning and 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm every evening, there’s an aerobics class that focuses on different parts of the body.
