Ice cream is topnotch as usual but the environment/atmosphere lacks a classy feel. There is probably a waste of space and everything looks bare and ordinary. The AC wasn't working and it got hot quickly ????. When it rains, it drips directly on the pizza floor and gets messy.

Beautiful combinations of flavours available. The tastes and freezing coldness is one off. It is really creamy and as cold as stone that the name deplicts.

Promos are always available.

There are: Like it, Love It and Gotta have it.

I love the Newly introduced ginger lemon flavour and the toppings are good.

Quite spacious with very little parking space. Queue isn’t as bad as other branches.

Situated at a busy part of 3rd avenue in Gwarimpa, there is adequate parking when it is not so busy. Security men assist in parking. Ground floor h as s dominos pizza and upstairs is cold stone. I got there with my friend and only one staff was attending to 5 customers. The rest could be seen talking to themselves inside. We waited for a while and had to ask why they will be talking to themselves and we were told it was a meeting. A meeting by 4pm when at least 5 customers and more customers coming up, were waiting to be attended to. Eventually after 15mins, I called out to them to please attend to us. Someone eventually came. He was not happy taking our order and he didnt make our scoops of the ice cream adequate, we complained and he ignored. I wanted to have toppings, he just scooped all the ice cream into the cup before I told him that I wanted toppings and so he had to remove it and put my toppings. I had sweet cream, Hennessy and brownie. It was lovely to taste..as is most cold stone ice cream. To pay for the item was also a problem, their POS was not functioning well and someone was ahead of us and we had to wait for a while and my friend and I decided to add all the cash we had to pay and leave the place. I didn't enjoy my visit.

Great experience. The environment is serene and you can relax with the beautiful scenery and ambience. Good for a family hangout or a friendly meeting.

I love Coldstone ice cream, it's my absolute favorite in Abuja. Very creamy and flavorful. My cake batter and rainbow sprinkle combination never fails. The service is also good here in Gwarinpa. Fun staff that like to crack jokes ????????
