I love the way you can mix different flavours of ice-cream and extra stuff like crushed cone, nuts etc. Though they need to.work on customer care a little bit. And there is a Domino's pizzas in the property

Fun it was. But I need to affirm a few things, the air-conditioning seems not so effective, maybe because there were so many leople coming in and leaving.
Also, my favorite screen which displays "Collins is in the oven" or " Collins is ready" was not working. A bit awkward having to time myself for 20minutes then go back to the counter to ask if mh krder was ready.

They need to fix it. But, what I came for, tasted as I imagined it would. Kudos.

I liked it, it had same design where they try to use polished wood for the chairs and air conditioner covers. Some good space for parking and the staff here were really nice.

A perfect place to grab mouthwatering ice creams with a variety of flavours. Staff were friendly and efficient. It's a place you will definately wanna visit again.

Great food, excellent quality as usual but the customer service was quite appalling, staff behaviour was very poor not attending to my questions. Other customers literally had to shout for service,

The customer service is nice, the ice cream is of amazing quality, and the atmosphere gives. But this particular branch would have done better by telling customers the price before serving. Please know the price of each spoon of topping and each flavor of ice cream that you're purchasing because you can go beyond your budget very fast here. By the time you blink twice, you'd be buying ice cream for 5,000 naira (that's what happened to me) but it was worth every naira????. Also, I had a credit card problem where my first payment was debited from me but did not reflect on their side and I had to pay again (that's 10,000 naira spent) but the employees assured me that I would eventually get the first debited payment back. I got the first 5,000 naira in the evening of that same day after I had left.
