Disappointing and extremely underwhelming stay. Outdated average rooms and amenities for the price they are charging. The AC was old and noisy with no temperature control. The basic complimentary facilities were not in place. There wasn't even enough towels in the bathroom. The service is slow and the staff unwilling. Even our check in took ages (in retrospect that should have been our warning sign). Safe to say will not be coming back.

I liked it here. Their food was also great surprisingly. I think the kitchen is opened 24hours cos my orders were late at night and minutes past 12am. Their staff were always ready to help. Fun fact: there's a body weighing machine in the rooms????probably so you watch your weight while lodging

Stayed here for a few nights when I got to Abuja. Rooms are nicely sized and beds are comfortable. The place is also quiet which I personally enjoyed.

Don't even really bother with the restaurant. Just order food from a take away.

Staff are friendly and helpful.

Overall it is one of the better places to stay in Abuja.

Lovely place to be with organized staff. Value for money. Their breakfast is wonderful. Though even I had my spouse with me I was only allowed a plate of complementary breakfast, I have to pay for one plate. However my stay is wonderful…

It's ok but on the high side price wise in comparison with the facilities and other hotels around the area which are newer and offer better value for money. The other hotels that can be found in the area have better and modern designs which makes it more appealing for someone looking for a weekend getaway of a nice time in a new place. There is a restaurant, a convenience store, a business center, a suit shop, a travel agency and a few other places inside the hotel.

I’m excited to see what the new and renovated Chelsea hotel will look like! ????
