Should have been a beautiful experience but it has poor maintenance
One person as receptionist and room service? Really?
Heater not functioning
WC fixtures almost falling apart
Do I need a towel? Because some people come with theirs?..
You shouldn't ask me, I shouldn't ask for it
Put the necessary toiletries in place and let me choose to use it or not ????

All they need is good management with a little touch here and there and they'll be fine I'm sure

Great Customer Service, great hotel and a beautiful environment. I understand that most hotel windows are close to the bar area but then, I guess the staffs were roaming around unnecessarily and there was no privacy. No availability of towel, no functional AC, but everything else seem great; the food and services.

The environment wasn't inviting, there were a lot of guys sitting out and drinking. It showed lack of privacy for a guest house

Please try to fix up your water heating system and A. C
I had insects in my room
You have quite a nice place and very nice staffs
If you can fix this you will have a very good hotel around

First time of going to lodge there because it was late to return home. I paid ₦14,000 and the room 102 window is shared with a bar outside which leaves very little privacy. The room had insects both crawling and flying and dead cockroaches. There was no water running in the tap. The staff did not provide any towel, soap and tissue paper till I informed them. Also, there was no fan. The AC comes on only when they powered their generator or when PHCN supplied power. I was very uncomfortable and

It a very good hotel and easy to locate , I really enjoyed myself there
