Nice location, beautiful and affordable rooms, you may sometimes enjoy discount. Underground parking space, available lift and very cool pool. You should spend some times out ànd enjoy their variety of African dishes, haven't tested their continental dishes so I can't speak much about that. Enjoy the Barcelona in hospitality... Smiles

Absolutely awful Hotel. The was no light from 5:00 till I left around 8:00 pm. The lack of light also meant the elevator wasn't working. The drain in my bath tub is poor so I eventually was standing in a puddle of my own bathwater at the end of my shower.

But the location is nice, though.

Good location, beautiful ambiance, Amazing staffs BUT I was wondering why a lovely hotel like this don’t have a car park? Like I was that shocked. Apart that is a good place to chill and their price is quiet good comparing to the location it is in Abuja.

Horrible bathroom with blocked drainage, horrible room and no lift was working in the entire hotel and I was lodged on the 5th floor! The shower place is not even raised at all, so no demarcation between it and the toilet! Once you take a shower, the whole place becomes a wet mess! Worse experience I've had in a hotel!
I emphatically DO NOT RECOMMEND this place

The standard of this hotel has gone down drastically and I seriously advice against it.

They’ll promise you to make everything available before you make payment but as soon as you move in you will discover all kinds of issues.

We wanted to rent the hotel for a workshop so we inspected the hotel before our workshop and we discovered issues such as poor power and very dirty toilets and so we reached out to them for guarantee that everything will be sorted and they assured us.

They even made a written commitment to ensure power will be available and other issues will be sorted out.

But when we started the workshop, we noticed nothing was sorted. The toilets were still smelling, our presentations kept getting interrupted by power outages, most of the A/C were not working and people were using hand fans. The food for the participants didn’t go round. It was a terrible experience. There was a time a client got stuck in the elevator. I was so scared and decided to follow the staircase.

The most annoying part when I forgot my item in the hotel and I went there the next day and was told they couldn’t find it and that was when I decided against this hotel.

I’ve never been to a very dishonest and mischievous hotel in my life and will definitely not be recommending this to anyone.

In fact when I went back for my missing item, the hotel was booked for another event and on arriving I noticed so many people were stranded and complaining. It seemed to me a lot of people were promised rooms but unfortunately there were no rooms for them and so they became frustrated because most of them came from outside Abuja.

If you read this and still decide to go there and experience any of this things I mentioned here then don’t blame anyone but yourself.

The hotel needs a serious renovation. It used to be nice hotel but recently lodged there and my experience wasn't good. The initial room I paid had a leaking sink and the water heater was bad. The next day, there was power outage for about 3hrs, called reception and they said they are working on it (I actually thought it was the whole building affected). Decided to step out of my room,only to discover it wasn't the whole hotel building affected. Requested for room change, was still given a room that had no light. Had to leave the hotel for a stroll down the road, giving them time to sort themselves out.
It was just a sad experience. Hopefully they do the necessary renovations.

The hotel is situated in a catchy environment. Customer service, good! Most importantly, I was there for their halls and how good-looking they were. Impressive, I must say!
