I had an excellent experience with Azarai, I ordered my wedding ring through them and they couldn't have been more helpful. The ring is beautiful and the customer service has been brilliant, they've kept in touch with me throughout to keep me informed. Would highly recommend.

My partner is not a jewelry person, so when she found a ring online that she liked, I bought it immediately and it was available to be picked up at the store in Abuja the next day. The staff in the store were very helpful. We will definitely be coming back.

Started on their website and was moved to their customer service channel on which I was attended to in a very friendly and polite way. Eventually went in store with my fiancee and I was pleasantly surprised by the ambience. Customer service was really professional as my wife had major issues picking what exactly she wanted, they attended to her like she was some member of a royal family. We ended up spending way more than we budgeted but left the place grinning from ear to ear.

Would definitely recommend Azarai to anybody shopping for a ring. The are also have some pretty cool male accessories too.

I really liked how friendly and quick the chat option is. I like to be thorough when buying jewelry and I liked having all my questions answered. Am currently enjoying my new ring!

Azarai is the complete package. I wouldn't even bother looking anywhere else. Some of the stores I went to don't even have any of the rings in stock. At Azarai, the staff answered all my questions to my satisfaction and with patience. I was very impressed by the rings. 150% recommend this place

I love jewelry like most ladies and I am always salivating over the amazing pictures I see on IG...LOL...So excited when I finally made it to the store and the rings were even more beautiful in person! 5 star experience for me.
