I like there because their electricity is okay, more importantly, when power goes off, rather than everyone putting on the generator and causing noise, instead, there's a central power plant that generates power for everyone. They open by 7:30am. The offices are spacious, and good services.

The Electricity in this place is awesome, there is a ramp to help people with wheelchair access the first two floors of the plaza. There are stores which sell essentials around the plaza. So you cannot get hungry without getting fuelled up.

The plaza has a general generator they use, so shop owners dont have to use separate generators. A very quiet place.

The space is user friendly and easy to locate. It has the basic amenities that fits its class of commercial building

A purpose built mini shopping mall on 3 floors selling building materials, household and office equipments
