It is new. Wide bed, hot shower, cool environment. The ground floor is an event center. Peaceful environment. Budget accommodation.

I visited from the US. I paid on Priceline via credit card. Hotel could not accept this booking because they do not accept booking via credit cards. I was very upset and afraid about this problem. Finally I contacted the owner who was very understanding he immediately helped me solve my problem..
For future reference, if visiting this hotel please prepare to pay in Nigeria cash currency. Other tips: when you GPS this hotel it may be a little difficult to locate because the hotel sit off the main hwy on a dirt road to the Left. Make sure you turn on the dirt road beside the church and continue a few feet down.. TIP: for my American travelers, the BATHROOM set up in most hotels are VERY different from OURS. They are built with NO Bathtubs. Power does go off every now and then but NOT for long at all.. .Over all the adjustment was EASY..My experience was a pleasant one....

Omor it didn't take me 2secs to turn around and MOVE from here. It's pretty much isolated, the road leading in is lonely for night time and un-tarred. 1st thing i noticed on entering the compound was that CONSTRUCTION was still on going! Really?? On the ground floor and 1st floor! The only place that look inhabited was the 2nd floor which is the top most floor. It sincerely didn't look secure AT ALL! They supposedly offer affordable accommodation but i dont think it's worth the safety compromise especially considering the area it is located. So it was a no brainer to do a U-TURN without hesitation. The Management need to sit up and do better.
