Abbey Hotel is one of the best hotel in kubwa Abuja . All their staffs are very professional and respectful. The woman at the desk and the guy are very helpful. The lady at the kitchen(Ayo) ,she is good and always ready to assist as well suggest and cook good food. The house keeper and gate man are also friendly. When next I will visit Abuja, I will stay in Abbey hotel at kubwa, the hotel is a small London with 24hours light , Keep it up Abbey hotel. You are the best.

Just an average hotel in a bad road. I had a bitter experience here. Not really because of the road but because one of their guest duped me and information about the guest wasn't provided or rather wasn't recorded. I think hotels should have a log book where guests information are computed. I mean this is a 21st century and they need to really upgrade their business. I noticed also the name of the street is the same as the hotel. It's well located on the map and easy to gain access even though the road is bad.

No food to eat no customer service....had to sleep with empty stomach....No Ac in the room the television has only two channels...

It OK, it's just that, there is need for them to improve on AC to function with Generator, not using fan because there is no Public power supply.
