Cozy and cool place located in the heart of Abuja, Wuse 2. The location is perfect. Friendly and courteous staff. Great meal too with complementary breakfast. Rooms are nice bearing in mind the age of the hotel. Promotional price slash on weekends too makes it nice to want to stop by on weekends. Overall, I had a wonderful stay

Easily accessible from Banex and Wuse market, I love the hangout corner I share with friends when I visit the hotel. The security personnel are up in their sentry duties and help visitors park their cars so long as there is some space available. Quite am amazing really cool matured place to be, with some privacy of sorts

Forty Royal is a very nice estate so far pay visit in Abuja fct, I admire the location of the estate.

The room had a leaking bathroom leading to a flooded toilet. I felt very bad cus I had told my family that 1st forty is a good hotel base on my formal experience. Their standard had dropped beyond what is normal. AC had no regulator, old bedsheets, old dirty bathroom bucket.

Very old and outdated!!!

It has a hospital kind of smell. The 35,000 naira room shown to me was cringe-worthy. I wouldn’t even pay 20k for it.

The event hall was nice; was built to reduce noise; the position of the rest room at the event hall was a good architecture reasoning

Good location with good security in Wuse 2, Abuja. Must improve on the quality of service by their waiters
