I can never advise my enemy to lodge here. I had a bitter experience on the 12th of March. When a receiptionist told me no one to clean the toilet of the room she gave me and she also can't. And the toilet was smelling like a sockaway. Instead of her to change the rooms as pleaded by us because we were tired . She said if we can not manage it, she will refund our money and
She actually did. And we left angrily. Customer service is zero. Inside very dirty , restaurant no food, no drink. Haaa I suffered o. No be good experience.

A nice location with poor management and poor service
Imagine looking for room service person for over 2hours before getting a towel to use. Standard room without light and I have to use my phone and television light all night in Botswana room.

Not a good experience. Their bed spread is always dirty and scratch someone on the body. Cockroach is every where in the room. the rooms were not adequately taken care . They don't have good interpersonal relationship.
