It’s not even the poorly maintained rooms, stinking bathrooms and caveman 13k en-suite room that’s the problem.
This hotel made me pay 2k for a broken key. Please look closely to see that the two sides of the key was already cracked, the old dirt stain is proof. They were just waiting for a customer to fall into the trap. I felt used. Very annoying!

The hotel is somewhere at Agbeloba area of Abeokuta and the location is cool but the owner of the hotel need to improve on beautifying the hotel.

Nice ambience, good rooms and nice customer service.
Nice place for a stay.

Looks beautiful from outside. The rooms and their services there don't deserve the price

Positives :
- Warm, friendly reception
- Affordable rooms
- Clean environment
- Environment isn't noisy

Negatives:
- ACs' switch is at the reception, regulating use.
- Housekeeping could be better

The experience would have been better but for the non-flushing toilets. All the three toilets I was shown had flush handles damaged and we had to use buckets to flush. Not good enough for the standard of the hotel please. Thank you.

Horrible experience.
That hotel needs a complete overhaul.
Only one socket in d room, faulty window unit ac that is noisy and doesn't cool properly.
Bathroom water builds up when bathing Only to drain completely after 4_5 hours! Walls so dirty! They didn't change the bedsheets after previous use, gave me a room with stained and dirty sheets, had to call for dem to come change dem and the receptionist was even arguing! Towels are old! Tap doesn't run well, old buckets without handles in d Bathroom!
And this room is called Royale and charged for 18000 per night. I wonder d state of the lesser rooms and even the one after Royale!
I definitely wouldn't be using that place again, when I am in Abeokuta.
