We at last couldn't use the place because of lack of communications. I think they need to increase the reach of their advertisement or higher a capable hand or hands to handle it for them. Also, whenever a customer books a place, I think it's wise to try to get in touch with the customer through email or SMS so that you can find out if he's having a problem getting there. For example, we couldn't use the hotel because we can't locate the place.
