Spacious parking space, Neat rooms, room service is not quite good. Water heaters do not work. Price is overrated for the standard of rooms they have.
Customer/room service needs to be worked upon.

Well secured environment, fantastic and polite receptionist. No proper allocation of duties to staff, faulty water heater, intercom functions, no interruptions of electricity. No manager on ground to attend to critical issues. I lounged in a suite and paid for an extra room for my brother-in-law. No remote with a TV that has volume issues. Serene environment with enough parking space. Fantastic security personnel.

I wish I would give them no star at all..
The room I was given was so bad and unfortunately it rained my room was filled with water.
In fact I was scared of electric shock.
The light was just going off and one.
I will suggest they look down the room and never give it out to guests until it's settled...

Unfortunately, I was unable to get pictures of this place while I visited.

Adequate security is available, the receptionists are just there nothing so special about their customer service. They are usually not found on their desk and you have to wait for them go run

The room was cozy and looks beautiful with a tint of green (royal green). Water heater in the room was just for show, it's not working, however hot water was provided when need.

Electricity is available 24/7
Intercom works
Room is well Air conditioned
Kitchen/restaurant works good and not so expensive

Generally, Royal Green Guest House is a greet place for a get away in a great location with easy access to Oke lewo

For some reason the staff here seem to have the impression that they are not obligated to provide good service to their guest.
The receptionist was rude. When I asked for towels I was told that the towels are wet.
Did I mention that electric wires of the Air Conditioner were naked where plugged into the sucket? And they wanted me to use my hands to manually switch the AC on and off. I had to fight till I go a remote without working batteries.

A good location for the hotel among the many inside the GRA and easily located just by the corner after FRSC. Security couldn't say much but no trouble. Fine reception, service and attendance. Enough parking space to cater for the available rooms. Just one budget room availability while others are of high pricing though matched the standards of the rooms.
