Nice government style estate. The estate is calm. However, the access road through Ita-oshin is in a bad state.

Roads and drainage within the estate are undergoing rehabilitation and improvement hence driving is limited

Well organized, Good level of security and quite affordable. Relatively stable power supply. Lagos-Abeokuta expressway easily accessible from the Estate, an advantage for frequent travelers to Lagos. Access roads within estate needs upgrading.
