The Model market building was supposed to reduce the rate at which people traded on the road, but on entering the market, the market building looks deserted with people still trading by the roadside.
A nice idea that wasn't implemented well.

Oba lipede Ultra Modern market is a big market complex. It is beside Kuto Motor park. A very big parking space at the entrance. Traders use this space to display there wares especially during Kuto market days. Inside the complex, the building is divided into mini shops. Traders who owns this shops display there wares sitting outside the shops call on prospective customers for patronage. This shops are properly numbered. When there is no power, some places within the complex that has no access to the natural brightness from the sun becomes dark making it difficult to see and navigate properly. One can buy a wide range of things here ranging from kitchen utensils, plastics, clothes and so on. Services of artisans like electronics repairers and tailors is also available here.

Stylishly refurbished to accommodate the modern styles of regulating a real market. More customers troop in here as a couple of this lately as it looks a lil bit deserted for some time. Most people patronize shop owners outside the place and the less structured Kuto market leading tow it as well.

This complex helped me so well while serving at Abeokuta..... Everything is available here and to my Surprise, their things were cheaper...
