Really nice shopping mall. I went shopping for ice cream, and what I got was both affordable, and enjoyable. Very beautiful building structure.

Modu is a decent place to shop compared to other shops, as many malls are not readily available around Oshiele to Obantoko axis. However, I find that their products have gotten rather expensive because of this fact.

In comparison to Just-rite that sell cheaper products and have a wider choice for shopping around Fajol a stone throw from Obantoko, I think Modu is doing little to increase their customers base.

Modu seems to be living in last glories as not many troop in as they used to. The service is still good, though. I was particularly impressed one of the cashiers on the first floor. The clothing section, I think. She really went out of her way to make the sale. Do tip her whenever you find yourself around that part of the mall.

A breath of fresh air in shopping mall experience at Abeokuta. Nice staff and a place to get most of your household groceries and some durables at affordable prices.
