It is a good and calm place to live. A condusive environment especially for introverts who love serenity. The power supply can be rated 5 on the scale of 10, the only issue is that the roads are bad and stores are dispersed.

Asero Estate Lodge is a peaceful area. Apart from poor supply of electricity from the PHCN, it is a beautiful place for residence.

Once, you are able to provide yourself with alternative power supply like generator or solar power. Then, you are good...

One of the things that makes the place so intriguing is the establishment of Hybrid Bread which is of high quality with excellent taste.

Asero estate has a very condusive environment and is strategically positioned. Asero estate housed me for more than 10 years, had my church (rrcg abundant Joy) and school(TAIDOB college) in it till now. It's a relatively big estate with lots of amenities . Averagely good roads, security is awesome too. The rent is affordable and it's a very nice place to build a house.

There are about 3-4 estates merged together. Asero is one of the estates. A few years ago the electricity supply to the estate was good. Nowadays, the electricity supplied by Ibedc is very poor and some times non existence for days.

90% of the roads within the estate are very bad. Last week the security at the estate gate abandoned their duty post and we had to look for them for about 30mins at 1am to get access in.

No light... That is the major issues we are having here in asero.... Added with water and bad road... How I wish Goverment will do something about this..... This is my own opinion... Thanks

Calm and sarin but not well developed, suffers epileptic power supply.
