Cool hotel when they started. Now its been neglected. Poor management. Poor sanitation. Poor lighting. Most rooms and bathrooms have no light. They should change their cleaners and train them. Thrt should also try using washing machines for their towels n bedding. Right now they painting their outside. They should extend it to their inside and change some things that are broken n dirty. I am quite sure the hotel will return to its former glory. They have some staff that are ready to help. I will like to come here because it's at the centre of the city. Hold up cant be a problem. Its quite a good hotel if they can maintain n improve standard.

Okay, but management should keep eye on staff in maintaining good standard. Like I notice insects in the room and when I was about to sleep on removing the duvet I discovered the bedspread was already torn I had to call them to replace it immediately.

They have good security but their service and management are very very poor, I am even relocating from there to another hotel

Needs to improve their customer service delivery especially front desk. Room ambience is poor and facility maintenance needs deliberate action

A nice place but need to correct smoking areas.......smoke smelling in the rooms

Just a regular hotel with decent accommodation, live ban, point u0026 kill fish pepper soup and safe parking.
