This Civic Center owned by the four villages of Alaoji namely Umule- Isiahia, Obisi, Mbutu, and Ibeku has been in a state of disrepair.
It requires renovation along with the community market Ahia Eke by the Civic Center.

There used to be the Ahia Eke Alaoji evening market situate by this Civic Centre.
The market is no longer very functional. The Alaoji Community however Hosts the National Power Plant and the Motor Spare Parts Market. The land is blessed with great leaders in the society.
